Article 1 — Purpose
These professional Terms govern sales between NOVASOFT TECH LLP ("RoG Hunting") and professional customers ("the Pro") registered on roghunting.com in the dedicated area, after administrative validation of the K-bis and SIRET.
Article 2 — Pro account validation
Any Pro must register via the Pro Signup form, providing:
- A K-bis extract less than 3 months old, in PDF, JPG or PNG format
- A valid 14-digit SIRET
- Business name, professional address and type of activity
- An intra-community VAT number (optional but recommended)
Our team checks the compliance of the file within 24 to 48 business hours. Upon validation, the pro account is activated and professional prices become visible. In the meantime, the Pro can order at consumer prices.
Article 3 — Pro Prices
Professional prices come in several tiers:
- Base Pro price: default discount on the RoG Hunting range (10 to 30% depending on product category).
- Volume discounts: additional discounts from 5, 10 or 25 units for certain references (visible on the product page).
Prices are listed excluding VAT. DDP export regime from the United Kingdom; VAT not applicable on RoG Hunting's side. The French Pro self-assesses VAT according to its tax regime.
Article 4 — Order
Orders placed by a Pro may be accompanied by:
- A PDF purchase order with its company header
- A pro invoice in PDF format accessible from the customer area, mentioning SIRET and intra-community VAT
Article 5 — Payment
Payment methods accepted for pros are:
- Credit card via PayPal (immediate validation)
- SEPA transfer (order prepared upon receipt, within 1 to 3 days)
- 30-day end-of-month payment — subject to a credit limit granted by RoG Hunting after analysis (Phase 1E+). Subject to internal validation and guarantee.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery times and rates are identical to those in the consumer Terms (see Terms article 6). Free shipping threshold is increased to €300 excl. VAT for Pros.
Article 7 — Returns and warranty
Pros do not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal (reserved for consumers). Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or preparation error, upon written claim within 7 days of delivery.
The minimum 24-month commercial warranty applies to Pros as well as consumers.
Article 8 — Liability and ownership
Transfer of ownership takes place upon full payment for the ordered products. In the event of non-payment, RoG Hunting reserves the right to claim the delivered products.
RoG Hunting's liability is limited to the pre-tax amount of the order concerned. Indirect damages (loss of operation, loss of earnings) are never covered.
Article 9 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Pro Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the Lyon Commercial Court shall have sole jurisdiction, including in the event of a guarantee claim or multiple defendants.
