Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Under the applicable provisions, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it, without justification or penalty.

How do I exercise this right?

  1. Email us at info@roghunting.com quoting your order number, or use your customer area (My ordersRequest a return)
  2. We confirm the return procedure and the address to use
  3. Send the product back in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all its accessories

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where we are at fault (incorrect or defective product).

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Subscriptions and digital services already activated

Warranty — consumers

All RoG Hunting products benefit from the legal conformity warranty applicable in your country of residence.

In addition, RoG Hunting grants a commercial warranty of up to 24 months — the exact duration is stated on each product page — covering manufacturing defects.

This commercial warranty is in addition to statutory warranties: it neither replaces nor reduces them.

Batteries

Batteries carry a 6-month commercial warranty. A normal, gradual decline in runtime due to wear (number of cycles, age, temperatures, storage and charging conditions) is not a covered defect.

What is not covered

  • Impacts, drops, crushing
  • Use not in accordance with the instructions
  • Immersion beyond the product's waterproofing specifications
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Use of incompatible accessories that caused the failure
  • Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration with no effect on operation
  • Loss or theft
  • Oxidation or corrosion caused by non-compliant maintenance

After-sales service — procedure

For any after-sales request, contact info@roghunting.com with:

  • Your order number or your invoice
  • The product serial number (where applicable)
  • A precise description of the problem
  • Photos or videos where needed for diagnosis

Remote diagnosis may be requested before any physical return. No product may be returned without prior agreement. Receipt of a product by a service centre does not constitute acknowledgement of warranty coverage.

TR DOG after-sales service

Since May 2026, TR DOG has been handling its own after-sales service directly for its branded equipment (diagnosis, repair, component replacement, technical assessment).

RoG Hunting can direct you to the appropriate TR DOG procedure or service centre. TR DOG has service solutions across Europe; the competent centre may vary depending on the product, the country and the nature of the work. The shipping arrangements applicable to a TR DOG case are those set out in the relevant TR DOG procedure.

After-sales shipping costs

  • Shipping to the service centre: at your expense
  • Return after repair or replacement under warranty: covered by RoG Hunting
  • Failure not covered by the warranty: diagnosis, parts and return shipping costs communicated — and, where required, a quote to be accepted — before any work is carried out

Returns and warranty — business customers

The right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to purchases made for business purposes.

Any commercial return of a non-defective product requires RoG Hunting's prior agreement. Depending on the situation, a return may be refused or accepted, a reduction applied, a credit note issued or certain costs invoiced. The conditions are communicated before the return is approved.

After-sales shipping costs — resellers

  • Reseller → service centre: at the reseller's expense
  • Return of the product repaired or replaced under the commercial warranty: covered in accordance with the applicable after-sales procedure
  • Failure not covered: diagnosis, repair, parts and return shipping may be invoiced after notice and, where necessary, acceptance of a quote

Storage, resale period and commercial warranty

The commercial warranty granted by RoG Hunting to the reseller takes effect from the date the product is invoiced or delivered to the reseller, for the commercial warranty period applicable to the product concerned.

📦 Stock rotation — 90 days

In order to ensure normal stock rotation and to limit the effects of the natural ageing of products and their components, resellers are advised to sell products within 90 days of acquiring them from RoG Hunting.

Any resale carried out more than 90 days after the initial invoicing date to the reseller entails:

  • No suspension of the RoG Hunting commercial warranty
  • No extension of it
  • No renewal of its duration
  • No reset of the warranty period
  • No new start of the RoG Hunting commercial warranty at the date of sale to the end customer

The period during which the product remains in stock at the reseller is therefore entirely included in the commercial warranty period initially granted to the reseller.

🛡️ Example

A product purchased by a reseller on 1 January with a RoG Hunting commercial warranty of 12 months remains covered under that commercial warranty until its initial expiry date.

If it is resold to the end customer several months later, that resale does not create a new RoG Hunting commercial warranty period.

⚠️ Extended storage

The reseller is responsible for the storage, preservation and rotation conditions of its stock.

In particular, it must take into account the natural ageing that may affect certain components, notably batteries, even when the product is not in use.

Batteries carry a specific 6-month commercial warranty, in accordance with the Professional Terms of Sale.

👤 Resale to the end consumer

The reseller's statutory obligations towards its end customer are distinct from the commercial warranty granted by RoG Hunting to the reseller.

When reselling the product to a consumer, the reseller remains responsible for the statutory warranties applicable to that sale under the regulations in force.

The date of sale to the end customer may not therefore be used to extend or restart the commercial warranty initially granted by RoG Hunting to the reseller.

This clause is without prejudice to any mandatory statutory warranties that may apply.

For the full conditions on warranty, after-sales service and business returns, see our Professional Terms of Sale.
