Right of withdrawal (individuals)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return it, without justification or penalty.
How do I exercise this right?
- Log in to your customer area and click "Request a return" on the relevant order, or send us an email at info@roghunting.com
- We send you a return authorisation by email with a prepaid label (where applicable) and the return address
- Send the product back in its original packaging, with all its accessories, in a new and unused state
- Upon receipt, we refund you within 14 days maximum, by the same payment method as your order
Return costs: return costs are borne by the customer. In case of warranty coverage, only reshipping costs are covered by RoG Hunting.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Unsealed products for hygiene or health reasons (dog shampoo, care, food supplements)
- Personalised or made-to-measure products (engraving, specific GPS configuration)
- Software and activated SIM subscriptions
Legal warranty (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
NOVASOFT TECH being a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. OC459443), all our products benefit from the protection of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK):
- 30 days: right to full refund for any defective or non-compliant product
- Up to 6 months: right to repair or replacement, with presumption of original defect
- From 6 months to 2 years: the warranty applies if you can demonstrate that the defect was present at delivery
RoG Hunting commercial warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, RoG Hunting offers a commercial warranty specific to each product:

What is covered
- Manufacturing or operational defects in normal use
- Breakdowns outside a shock, fall or modification
What is not covered
- Damage from shock, fall or immersion outside the product's IPX specifications
- Normal wear (battery charge/discharge, fabric abrasion)
- Unauthorised modifications to the product
- Use not in accordance with the manual
After-sales service
For any breakdown or technical question:
- Contact us by email at info@roghunting.com with your order number, a description of the problem and if possible photos/videos
- Our technical team responds within 48 business hours with diagnostic steps or a service return authorisation
- If the product is under warranty, return is free and repair or exchange within 10 business days
Defective products
If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, report it to us within 7 days. Return costs are borne by the customer. In case of warranty coverage, only reshipping costs are covered by RoG Hunting. Replacement or refund is carried out as soon as possible.
