Some products have an after-sales service managed directly by their manufacturer.
Since May 2026, technical after-sales service for TR DOG products has been handled directly by TR DOG.
Where a transfer is necessary to handle the case, certain relevant information may be communicated to the manufacturer or service centre concerned, in particular:

Only the information reasonably necessary to handle the case is to be transmitted.
