Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These terms of sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationships between NOVASOFT TECH LLP (hereinafter "RoG Hunting", "we") and any individual consumer customer making a purchase on the website roghunting.com (hereinafter "the Site").
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document. They can be consulted at any time on the Site and can be downloaded in PDF format upon simple request to info@roghunting.com.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered on the Site are those in the online catalogue on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stock. Essential characteristics of each product (description, specifications, photos) are shown on its product page. Photos are illustrative and may show slight variations from the delivered product (colour, packaging).
RoG Hunting reserves the right to modify its product range and prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.
Article 3 — Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros, excluding VAT (DDP export regime — Delivered Duty Paid — article 262 ter, I of the French CGI). Taxes and duties applicable at destination are included in the delivery price. The French consumer has no customs formalities to complete.
Prices are subject to change; the applicable price is that in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4 — Order
4.1 Process
The customer selects products, enters delivery and billing information, chooses a payment method, accepts these Terms and validates the order. A confirmation email summary is sent to the address provided.
4.2 Validation
The order is only definitively validated after actual receipt of payment (card payment or receipt of bank transfer). RoG Hunting reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (insufficient stock, previous payment incident, fraud suspicion, abnormal order).
4.3 Quantities
Orders are intended for personal use. RoG Hunting reserves the right to refuse or limit any order that is abnormal in nature or has a commercial purpose (resale).
Article 5 — Payment
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Secure 3D Secure payment; card details never pass through our servers.
- SEPA bank transfer — an email with our bank details and a unique transfer reference is sent to you. The order is prepared upon receipt of the transfer (1 to 3 business days depending on your bank). The order is automatically cancelled if the transfer is not received within 7 business days.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our partner warehouse in France. Transport is handled by GLS.
- Metropolitan France: delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
- European Union, DOM-TOM, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days, DDP regime (duties and taxes included).
Delivery costs are shown clearly before validation. Delivery is free from €150 of purchase in metropolitan France.
In case of absence during delivery, the parcel is left at the nearest GLS pickup point for 7 days. Without pickup within this period, it returns to our premises; a re-delivery can be requested at your expense.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the individual customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify or bear any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision by email to info@roghunting.com, or via their customer area (My orders → Request a return). The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging and accessories, within 14 days following the notification.
Return costs are borne by the customer. Reimbursement takes place within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, by the same payment method as that used for the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed for health or hygiene reasons (care, dog shampoo) or to personalised products.
Article 8 — Warranty
NOVASOFT TECH being a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. OC459443), all our products benefit from the protection of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK). In case of a defective or non-compliant product, you have 30 days for a full refund, and up to 6 months for a repair or replacement with presumption of original defect. Beyond 6 months and up to 2 years, the warranty applies if you can demonstrate that the defect was present at delivery.
In addition, RoG Hunting offers a commercial warranty of up to 24 months on all its GPS, cameras and optics (duration specified on each product page). This warranty covers any manufacturing or functional defect in normal use.
Warranty exclusions: damage from shock, immersion outside IPX specifications, normal wear, product modifications, use not in accordance with the manual, rechargeable batteries subject to charge cycles.

Article 10 — Personal data
Data collected during your order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law with regard to relations with French consumers (public order protection).
